A Must

I will not plant any type of plant in my yard without it! It works for too heavy soils or soils too loose. In my case, I have a ton of clay in my soil and especially for my cactus and succulents, green sand is a must. I add it at the bottom of the newly dug hole and then add my Fertile Ground on top of it. Of course nothing is uniform so despite my best efforts, some soil (plant type irrelevant) continues to retain too much water. Then I use Green Sand as a top-dressing.
